To provide you with more accurate, personalized services and a more secure internet environment, we have clarified our principles for collecting, using, and providing personal information externally in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as other applicable laws and technical standards, further elaborating on your rights regarding personal information.

This policy relates to the products and/or services provided by us that you use. When you download, install, launch, browse, register, log in, or use our products and/or services (collectively referred to as "using our products and/or services"), we will process and protect your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this policy. We endeavor to explain the technical terms involved in this policy in simple and concise terms to facilitate your understanding. The provisions in this policy that may have a significant relationship with your rights and interests have been highlighted in bold for your careful review.

The Platform particularly draws the attention of minors under 18 years of age (especially children under 14 years of age) and their guardians. We have established a dedicated section for minor protection (indicated in bold), which you are requested to read carefully.

Please read and fully understand this policy carefully before using/continuing to use our various products and services, and when necessary, make appropriate choices in accordance with the guidance of this policy. If you do not agree with the content of this policy, it may result in our products and/or services not functioning properly or failing to achieve the intended service effects. You should immediately stop accessing/using our products and/or services. I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

You understand and agree that:

Users of the Platform can publish related information through images, texts, chats, and other forms, including but not limited to sharing lifestyles and forming interactions based on interests. We will explain to you sequentially in this policy the scope of personal information that may be collected for each function, the purpose of collection, the method of collection, and the consequences that may result from refusing to provide personal information. Please be aware that when you refuse to provide the corresponding information necessary for the implementation of various functions, you can still use other functions of the Platform.

We will follow the principles of legitimacy, lawfulness, and necessity, collecting and using personal information that you actively provide or that is generated during your use of our products and/or services for the following purposes described in this policy. If we intend to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or use information already collected based on specific purposes for other purposes, we will inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before use.

1. Account Registration and Login

1.1. When you register and log in, based on our cooperation with telecommunications operators, we will collect your mobile phone number and network operator information to provide you with convenient login services; meanwhile, to help you complete the registration process and provide initial Platform services.

1.2. You can also choose to fill in or change information such as avatars, names, profiles, etc., according to your needs to improve your profile. However, if you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of related services of this product.

1.4. If you successfully register a Platform account, we will display your name, avatar, IP, and profile information in the Platform application and website.

2. Providing Products and/or Services to You

2.1. Information Browsing, Publishing, Liking, Collecting, and Sharing Functions

2.1.1. To provide you with our core information display services and recommend notes and related information that may interest you, we will collect your personal profile information, browsing records (your follows, browsing), and click operation records (interests, clicks, searches, likes, collections, shares, comments, publishing records, and related behaviors). If you wish to turn off our recommendations to you based on relevant information, you can operate according to clause 2.14 of this policy.

2.1.2. When you use the publishing and editing content functions, we will request your authorization for storage (albums, media, and other files), camera (camera), and microphone (recording) permissions. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Platform.

2.1.3. When you use publishing, commenting, liking, collecting, and sharing functions, the texts, photos, videos, audios, comments, likes, collections, and sharing record information you publish will be stored on our servers, as storage is necessary to implement this function. We will store them in an encrypted manner, and you can delete this information at any time.

2.1.4. If you use geographical location stickers when shooting or editing content, with your authorization, we will use your geographical location information to generate stickers. Stickers will be publicly displayed in the content. If you refuse geographical location authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your use of other functions. We will also use your authorized geographical location information to recommend selectable geographical location links on the content publishing page. We will also use the location information in the media information carried by the image/video when recommending geographical location anchor points. You can control the acquisition of this information through Article 4, Section 3 of this privacy policy.

2.1.5. When you enable and use the "Limited Memory" function, we will automatically analyze and filter pictures and videos in your device's album based on shooting information (time, scene, and location) and generate videos for you. For the best editing effect, we need to collect shooting information for analysis before generating videos each time. We promise not to store any information. After you authorize the "Limited Memory" function, we will only analyze and filter within the album range you authorize access to. You can enable or disable this function through the path indicated in Article 4, Section 3 of this privacy policy.

2.2. Secure Operation and Risk Control Verification. To ensure the secure operation of software and services, prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, more accurately prevent fraud and protect account security, we will actively collect your device information [including: device/hardware model, device name, SIM card serial number (such as ICCID), hardware/device serial number (SN), device unique identifiers (including: IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, IDFA, IDFV, OAID(Harmony OS), OAID(Android), MEID)], running processes, storage (albums, media, and other files), browser type and settings, language settings, sensors, operating system, operating system version number and application version, application list, network device hardware address (MAC address), WLAN-MAC, WLAN access points (such as SSID, BSSID), IP address, Bluetooth address, network access methods, network quality data, base stations, mobile network information (including operator names), device sensor data (such as acceleration sensors, linear acceleration sensors, gravity sensors, gyroscope sensors), software version numbers, and software usage record information uploaded to the server for security risk control verification. If you do not agree to our collection of the aforementioned information, you may not be able to complete risk control verification. Please understand that to dynamically detect whether your account has abnormal logins, each time you switch the Platform to the background or restart the program, we may read again, and we will control the reading frequency within a reasonable range. To maintain network security and ensure a good ecosystem, the regional information corresponding to your IP address will be displayed on your personal profile page, note publishing page, and comments. Domestic areas are displayed to the province (autonomous region, municipality), and overseas areas are displayed to the country (region), with information based on network operator data.

2.3. Search Function. When you use the Platform's search function, we will collect and analyze your search instructions (which may be in text or image form), reading records and access times, comments and interaction records. Collecting this information can provide you with the content you need and services that may be more interesting to you, while also improving our products and services.

2.4. Location-Based Function Services. We will also only display content or services that may be relevant to you based on network information (such as IP) or, with your authorization, the corresponding city and/or county and/or street of geographical location information.

2.5. Interactive Functions and Services.

2.5.1. When you follow accounts you are interested in, browse, comment, like, collect, and share content, we will collect the accounts you follow and the aforementioned information and display content published by the accounts you follow; meanwhile, the content you like or collect will be displayed to your followers, and the content you collect can be viewed in [Me] - [Collections].

2.5.2. When you use the function to recommend other friends or actively discover friends, after obtaining your explicit consent, we will collect your friend information to display friends to you, and your friends can also see that you use Platform services.

2.5.3. When you choose to use the scan code to add friends function, we may request camera (camera) permission from you. Camera (camera) permission is a sensitive permission. Refusing to provide it will only prevent you from adding friends through scanning codes and will not affect the use of other functions.

2.5.4. When you use group chat functions for interactive communication, we will collect information related to groups and group members and form a group list.

2.6. Purchase, Query, and Use of Virtual Property. To facilitate your query of virtual property and minimize possible risks, [Recharge Center] will record your recharge, balance, and usage.

2.7. Identity Verification Function and Account Recovery.

2.7.1. When you use the identity verification function to apply to become a verified user, we may collect your identity information, including your real name, ID document number or photo, facial recognition information, to verify your personal identity. If you refuse to provide, it will not affect the normal use of other functions of the Platform.

2.7.2. When you use the account recovery function, we may collect your identity information, including your real name, ID document number or photo, facial recognition information, to verify your identity and facilitate your recovery of the Platform account. If you refuse to provide, it will not affect the normal use of other functions of the Platform.

2.7.3. When you apply to activate the voice live broadcasting function, according to legal requirements, we may collect your identity information, including your real name, ID document number or photo, facial recognition information, to verify your personal identity. If you refuse to provide, it will not affect the normal use of other functions of the Platform.

2.7.4. When you apply for product cooperation functions, according to legal requirements, we may collect your identity information, including your real name, ID document number or photo, facial recognition information, to verify your personal identity; to help you successfully complete product cooperation, we may collect your mobile phone number or WeChat number. If you refuse to provide, it will not affect the normal use of other functions of the Platform.

2.7.5. When you apply for brand cooperation functions, to verify your personal identity and determine whether you meet the admission conditions for using brand cooperation functions, we may collect your real name, ID document number or photo, Platform account information, occupation, education, and income details. If you refuse to provide, it will not affect the normal use of other functions of the Platform.

2.8. Product Purchase Function. You can order products/services in the Platform mall. To help you successfully complete transactions, ensure your transaction security, query order information, and provide logistics services, when you place orders or to complete transactions, we will collect your transaction product/service information, order number, order time, transaction amount, payment method, recipient name, address, contact phone number, and logistics information. For some special types of products and services, you also need to provide other information necessary for such products or services, for example, when involving cross-border transactions, you need to provide your real name, ID document number, and photos of both sides of your ID document to complete customs clearance.

2.9. Customer Service and After-sales Service Functions. When you contact our customer service or submit after-sales applications for our products and/or services, our system may record communication records between you and customer service. For your account and system security, we may need you to provide relevant personal information to match with the personal information you previously provided to verify your user identity. After successful verification, we may collect your communication information with us (account information, order information, image/video/text information and related information you provide to prove relevant facts), your contact information, and your communication records with us, including online communication records and phone recordings, to solve problems for you as quickly as possible and improve our products and/or services. Meanwhile, we may actively contact you by phone, SMS, in-site messages, and related methods to communicate about problems arising during your use of our products and services.

To ensure service experience and handle service disputes, call information between you and customer service may be recorded. The collection and use rules for the above information are as follows:

2.9.1. When you have disputes with the Platform or merchants when using Platform services, we can retrieve and use recording information as a reference basis for resolving disputes.

2.9.2. To provide you with customer service and after-sales services, we may store your call recordings in third-party customer service systems. We will ensure through contractual constraints and other means that third parties cannot access your call recordings; except for the following circumstances, the Platform will not provide recordings to anyone (including calling and called parties): a. Competent authorities retrieve them according to legal procedures; b. One of the recorded parties legally retrieves them with legal documents issued by judicial authorities.

2.10. Payment Function. You can purchase products/services and Platform membership services on the Platform. During your use of this function, you may need to make payments. During the payment process, we may collect your third-party payment accounts (Alipay accounts, WeChat accounts, UnionPay accounts, and related accounts).

2.11. Information Pre-filling Function. When you fill out forms or order information on the Platform, to help you save filling time, we will automatically fill in form information based on the name, gender (if any), mobile phone number, and region (if any) you provided to the Platform during registration and shopping.

2.12. To ensure that you can maintain instant communication with backend servers when using Platform services and that you can receive personalized content pushes in a timely manner, we will i) obtain and invoke your boot broadcast permission to start the Platform or its affiliated companies' mobile client software, ii) use third-party message push services to generate identification IDs for you to distinguish the uniqueness of your device, iii) read phone status to determine whether the Platform software is in the foreground or background to improve the timeliness of push services.

2.13. To display personalized content to you or ensure you can learn about more appropriate content, we may collect records of your searching/playing/displaying recommended content on the Platform and use your personal profile information.

2.14. To provide you with more convenient product information display, search, and push services that better meet your personalized needs, when using this application, we will extract your preference features based on your device information (including device information described in clause 2.2 and application list information) and your browsing and usage information, purchase records when using the Platform client, and generate indirect user profiles based on feature tags to display, push information and possible commercial advertisements to you (Please understand that device information alone cannot identify the identity information of specific natural persons. If we combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify specific natural persons, or combine it with personal information, during the combined use period, this type of non-personal information will be treated as personal information, and except with your authorization or as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize such personal information). Please be aware and agree that during our operations, we may send you one or more types of notifications through the contact information you provide during the use of our products or services (phone, email, and other contact methods), such as message notifications, identity verification, security verification, user experience research; we may also provide you with services, functions, or activities and related commercial information that may interest you by SMS and phone. We strive to ensure your browsing experience. If you do not want to receive commercial advertisements we send you, you can unsubscribe by replying to SMS prompts or through other provided methods, or contact us directly to unsubscribe.

2.15. When you share or receive shared information or participate in activities, we need to access your clipboard to read the passwords, share codes, and links contained therein to provide you with jump, sharing, activity linkage functions, or services.

3. We May Indirectly Obtain Your Personal Information from Third Parties

If you use third-party platform accounts to log in, after you explicitly authorize account binding, the third-party platform will synchronize with us your avatar, nickname, region (if any), gender, and other information used on that platform, so that you can directly log in and use the Platform.

4. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorized Consent

According to relevant laws and regulations, in the following circumstances, we can collect and use some necessary personal information without obtaining your authorized consent:

(1) Necessary for concluding or performing contracts where individuals are parties, or necessary for implementing human resource management according to legally formulated labor regulations and legally signed collective contracts;

(2) Necessary for fulfilling statutory duties or legal obligations;

(3) Necessary to respond to public health emergencies or to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations;

(4) Processing personal information within reasonable scope for implementing news reporting, public opinion supervision, and other activities for public interest;

(5) Processing personal information that individuals have made public themselves or other legally disclosed personal information within reasonable scope in accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Law";

(6) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

II. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

1. Sharing:

Regarding your personal information, we will not share it with any company, organization, or individual, unless one or more of the following circumstances exist:

(1) Prior authorization has been obtained from you;

(2) You have requested it yourself;

(3) Necessary sharing with business partners:

You understand and acknowledge that to provide you with more comprehensive and high-quality products and services, we will authorize business partners to provide you with some services. In such circumstances, we may share some of your personal information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. Please note that we will only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share personal information necessary to provide services. We will conduct security assessments and processing on the output forms, circulation, and use of information data to protect data security. Meanwhile, we will strictly supervise and manage our partners, and once we discover that they have irregularly processed personal information, we will immediately stop cooperation and pursue their legal responsibilities.

Currently, our partners include the following types:

A. Third-party merchants on the Platform: To help you purchase products or services or provide you with after-sales services, third-party merchants on the Platform will share your order and transaction-related information with us.

B. Third-party logistics service providers: After you successfully place an order, if the product needs third-party delivery, we will accurately and safely complete the delivery and shipping of goods to you. Third-party logistics companies will inevitably learn your related delivery information during shipping and delivery. We promise to you that we will make every effort to ensure the security of your personal information, and we will strictly require third-party logistics companies to keep your personal information confidential, only knowing and using it for delivery purposes, and not disclosing it externally or using it for any other purposes.

C. Advertising and statistical analysis partners: To help with advertising or decision suggestions, improve advertising effective reach rates, and further understand user needs, we may share de-identified device information or statistical information with partners who commission us for information promotion and advertising placement, or statistical analysis partners. This information is difficult or impossible to associate with your real identity. Please be aware that for your information security, we currently only cooperate with partners who have signed strict data security confidentiality agreements.

D. Content review service providers: To ensure that content published by users on internet information platforms is safe, we may share content information you publish on the Platform with commissioned third-party content review service providers.

E. Real-name verification review service providers: When you perform real-name verification or use account recovery functions, we will share your personal information with third-party review service providers to facilitate your smooth account recovery.

F. Specific chat room functions are provided by third-party service providers cooperating with the Platform. When you use this function, we will share your personal information provided to the Platform based on this function with third-party service providers to facilitate your smooth experience of this function.

G. Other business partners: Partners who commission us for promotion and advertising placement-related activities. You authorize us to share indirect user profiles formed using collections of your related information with partners who commission us for promotion and advertising placement to help them make advertising or decision suggestions, improve advertising effective reach rates, and further understand user needs. However, we promise: without your consent, we will not share personal information that can identify you with them.

H. Cooperating third-party SDK service providers: When you use functions provided by third parties in the Platform APP, we may integrate software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties to implement related functions. At this time, third-party SDK service providers may collect your related personal information. We will exercise due diligence and conduct strict security monitoring of the aforementioned third-party SDKs to protect personal information security:

a. Login function: To provide you with account login services, third-party service providers may obtain your necessary device information, network-related information, geographical location, storage (albums, media, and other files) (including collection in background mode) information;

b. Third-party account login function: To provide you with third-party account login functions, third-party service providers may obtain your necessary device information, network-related information, geographical location, storage (albums, media, and other files) (including collection in background mode) information;

c. Message push services: To provide you with message push services, third-party push service providers may obtain your push SDK version number, necessary device information, phone status information, geographical location information, network-related information, storage (albums, media, and other files) (including collection in background mode) information to push information that may be more interesting to you;

d. Geographical location services: To provide you with geographical location services (content recommendation, content publishing, editing delivery information when shopping, profile editing), third-party geographical location service providers will collect your device information and geographical location information to push nearby content to you;

e. Cloud storage services: To provide you with cloud storage services (images, audio and video content you upload to the Platform will be stored in the cloud and related scenarios), third-party service providers may collect your device information, network-related information, and operator information;

f. Account security services: To protect the account and property security of you and other users, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and us from illegal infringement, third-party security service providers may collect your necessary device information, network-related information, operator information, log information, storage (albums, media, and other files) (including collection in background mode) information to provide account security services.

g. Payment services: To ensure that you can smoothly purchase products/services and virtual products on the Platform, third-party payment service providers may collect your device information, network information, and operator information to successfully complete payments and ensure payment security.

(4) When you choose to participate in marketing activities held by us and our affiliates or third parties on the Platform, you may need to provide your name, gender, mailing address, contact information, and bank account information. This information may involve sensitive personal information, and refusing to provide it may affect your participation in related activities but will not affect other functions. Only with your consent will we share this information with affiliates or third parties to ensure you receive consistent service experiences in activities or to commission third parties to promptly honor rewards for you.

(5) Necessary sharing with our affiliated companies: We may share your personal information with our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information, and such sharing is subject to the purposes declared in this policy. If affiliated companies want to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will obtain your authorization and consent again;

(6) You can share your personal information or other information with third parties (including unspecified objects) based on the Platform, but situations arising from your sharing behavior, such as information leakage, use, and related circumstances, are not related to the Platform, and the Platform does not bear legal responsibility for this.

2. Transfer:

Transfer refers to transferring control over your personal information to other companies, organizations, or individuals. Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual. However, the following circumstances are exceptions:

(1) Prior consent has been obtained from you;

(2) You have requested it yourself;

(3) If the Company undergoes merger, division, dissolution, or is declared bankrupt, personal information transfer may be involved. In such circumstances, we will inform you of the name or names and contact information of the receiving party and require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. Please understand that according to current legal provisions and regulatory requirements, sharing and transferring anonymized personal information, while ensuring that data recipients cannot restore and re-identify personal information subjects, does not require separate notification to you and obtaining your consent.

III. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

1. Storage:

Storage location: We will store personal information obtained from within the territory of the People's Republic of China within the territory of the People's Republic of China. In the following circumstances, we will ensure that after fulfilling the obligations stipulated by law, we provide your personal information to overseas entities:

(1) Applicable laws have explicit provisions;

(2) Obtaining your explicit authorization;

(3) Your personal active actions such as cross-border transactions through the internet.

For the above circumstances, we will ensure through contracts and other forms that your personal information is protected to a degree not lower than that stipulated in this policy.

Storage duration: We promise to always store your personal information within reasonable and necessary time limits in accordance with legal provisions. After exceeding the above time limits, we will delete your personal information or anonymize your personal information.

If we cease operations, we will promptly stop activities for collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations through individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information we hold.

2. Protection:

To protect the security of your personal information, we will strive to adopt various security measures that meet industry standards to protect your personal information to minimize the risk of your personal information being damaged, stolen, leaked, accessed without authorization, used, disclosed, and altered. We will actively establish data classification and grading systems, data security management specifications, and data security development specifications to manage and standardize the storage and use of personal information, ensuring that we do not collect personal information unrelated to the services we provide.

Your accounts all have security protection functions. Please properly keep your account and password information. The Platform will ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered through backup to other servers, encryption of user passwords, and related security measures. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that "perfect security measures" do not exist on information networks. To prevent security incidents, we have formulated appropriate early warning mechanisms and emergency plans in accordance with legal provisions. If security incidents do occur, we will promptly inform you of relevant situations by email, letter, phone, push notification, and related methods. When it is difficult to notify personal information subjects individually, we will adopt reasonable and effective methods to issue announcements. Meanwhile, we will also actively report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required and closely cooperate with government agencies.

When our products or services cease operations, we will promptly stop continuing to collect personal information. For the above changes, we will notify you through push notifications, announcements, and related forms, and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable time limit ("anonymization" refers to the process of technical processing of personal information so that personal information subjects cannot be identified, and the processed information cannot be restored. Information obtained after anonymization of personal information does not constitute personal information.)

If you need to transfer your personal information to other platforms, enterprises, or organizations, you can contact us through the methods disclosed in this privacy policy.
